Judges submit their dinner choice.  In addition, pizza is ordered for Saturday lunch - Sue will do the order

Friday, May 7

3:00 pm - 3:20 pm

Pick up Sarah Prade from the airport and bring him to his hotel - Rich

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm             

Set-up site - Shawna, Rich and ____________________

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm             

Students register,  set-up, and leave  - Shawna and Rich

Judges' preordered food is picked up and delivered- Sue 

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm            

Judges meet for judge orientation, dinner, and judging -Paul and judging team

9:00 am - 9:30 am             

Pick up muffins and drinks for admin. - Sue

Floater to help support kids as needed - _________________

           Judging with student interviews - Paul and judging team

                         Floaters/student activity cart - providing support as needed - _________________________

Final Judging - Paul

Pizza Lunch - Sue picks it up and distributes it to all 3 of the small group rooms
