Thursday, February 22

 by 7:00 pm

Judges submit their dinner choice.  In addition, pizza is ordered for Saturday lunch - Sue and Shawna do the order

Friday, February 23

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm             

Set-up site - Shawna, Rich, Clifford, Sarah, Sebastian, Cade

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm             

Students register,  set-up, and leave  - Shawna, Rich, and Sarah

Judges' preordered food is picked up and delivered- Sue  

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm            

Judges meet for judge orientation, dinner, and judging -Paul and judging team

Saturday February 24

9:00 am - 9:30 am             

Pick up muffins and drinks for admin. - Sue

Be at the registration table - Kim, Sandy, Janet

Floater to help support kids as needed - Brian

9:30 am - 11:30 am

           Judging with student interviews - Paul and judging team

Special awards judging - Shawna and Sarah

           Student activity cart - Clifford

                         Floaters - providing support as needed - Kim and Sandy                 

11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Final Judging - Paul

Special awards judging - Shawna and Sarah

   Group 1 Instructor - Rich

      Group 2 Instructor  - Lorie

Pizza Lunch - Sue picks it up and distributes it

Walks students in group 1 to Lories' class - Sandy and Kym

Walks students in group 2 to Rich's class - Shawna

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Public Viewing (students present) - Rich, Lorie, Clifford, Sue
