Friday, March 6

3:00 pm - 3:20 pm

Pick up Sarah Prade from the airport and bring her to her hotel - Rich

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm             

Set-up site - Shawna, Rich and ____________________

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm             

Students register,  set-up, and leave  - Shawna and Rich

Judges' preordered food is picked up and delivered- Sue 

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm            

Judges meet for judge orientation, dinner, and judging -Paul and judging team

Pick up muffins and drinks for admin. - Sue
